No visual though, so his spiel could have been interpreted as him winding her up (for the dutch speaking lot: dat is engels voor ‘haar voor de gek houden (hopend op een reactie)’, niet gelijk andere dingen denken ! )
In a way those only go to show why we are all rooting for him. I still love the classic ‘they don’t ?’, the innocence is heartbreaking.
