Everybody tell us that must love ourselves… it’s good advice, but hard to do, most of all when we are soooo autocritic.

Agree in the last part with ranaway, being optimistic its lost of time, doesnt change anything.

OK we can look into mirror and say that it doesn’t matter that he won’t be with us…but what that will change?
I don;t think that being an optimists changes our perception…only maybe you save money on pills from our psychiatrist ;)
