If a diplomat says “yes”, he means “maybe”
If a diplomat says “maybe”, he means “no”
If a diplomat says “no”… he is not a diplomat.

If a lady says “no”, she means “maybe”
If a lady says “maybe”, she means “yes”
If a lady says “yes”… she is not a lady”

PS: Jeroen, I’m sorry for the lack of news, but our fan-translation to Portuguese is almost going online. I believe next month we will start publishing it. We have more than two months already translated and we are figuring out a good way to edit the images text.
