Actually something did happen, this weekend. I fell off my bike and hit the street - face first. I look pretty messed up now. Sometimes nothing happening isn’t that bad, I guess.

That is so true… and profoundly depressiing. When people ask me why I’m depressed, and ask me what happened, the answer is almost always “nothing” b/c nothing is the most depressing thing of all

I used to feel bad about being depressed, because “nothing was going on.” Nothing is wrong, and NOTHING is what is wrong.
