    Yikes, that’s an obscure title, but after looking it up, it’s certainly apposite!

    So that people won’t have to scourge the net after the expression, Panta Rhei it’s an expression meaning that everything is moving (flowing, in a state of flux). It is said to belong to Heraclitus of Ephesus (about 6th century BC).
