From what concerns me I like the new development. If you look at the history of the comic it didn’t change pretty much during the years. The little man now is finaly getting places
I’m probably more likely to make dutch and belgian people cry (or laugh) when I try to pronounce “ui” (onion, a weird dutch specific sound somewhere between ow and oy) then when actually chopping it…
Anyway, keep doing what you like to do. There’s no fun for you and the audience if you just grumpily keep on doing the same old stuff again and again.
Though maybe I might think a bit different if I was in friend zone (like so often in my live) instead of a relationship.
Indeed, the Australian contingent (of whom I have just appointed myself leader AND Spokeswoman) agree, we are very much in favour of the new Happy/Sad developments.
