I have to clarify Tatiana’s comment a bit.
Sometimes I’m very surprised (and pleased as well…) by the personal interpretations people give to Happysad. I thought this comment made by Tatiana on her blog was particularly funny:
“the melancholy subject matter of unrequited love is tempered by the fact that none of the people have arms and never walk on the ground but float around. oh and sometimes there are naked boobs. though at first, i thought they were carrying muffins or cupcakes.”
The floating around bit was original (never thought about it that way), but the cupcakes are just hilarious
